Wind-down of U.S. Central Bridge Products and Services
As of May 31, 2012 all payment products with the exception of APEX-ACH have been successfully decomissioned. The current target date for receiving the final ACH activity is September 30, 2012.

NCUA (National Credit Union Administration)
U.S. Central Bridge is regulated by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). The expiration date of NCUA’s Temporary Corporate Credit Union Share Guarantee Program (TCCUSGP) has been extended from September 30, 2012, to December 31, 2012. With this extension, new investments with maturities of two years or less in participating corporate credit unions made before December 31, 2010, will be fully covered by the guarantee program. This Guarantee will be in addition to the existing deposits already covered.
